These terms cover the Health Plan Markets pages where you ask for a Medicare plan review, the texts we send about it, and the other Health Plan Markets text programs listed below. By using these pages, you agree to them.

Who we are

Health Plan Markets is a licensed insurance agency. Our licensed agents help people compare Medicare plans from the companies we represent. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program.

Information, not advice

These pages give general information about Medicare. They are not medical, legal or tax advice.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Plans, costs and benefits change, and your agent confirms what applies to you.
Sending the form doesn’t enroll you in anything and doesn’t cost anything. You decide whether to make any change.
For information on all of your options, you can contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE.

What you send us

Please give your own name and a phone number you are allowed to use, so the right person hears from us. How we handle what you send is in our privacy notice.

Text message program

Program: Health Plan Markets follow-up texts about your Medicare request, sent from (833) 642-1836.
Who gets them: only people who text START to (833) 642-1836.
What the texts are: a first text from the licensed agent following up on your request, texts to confirm your details and book your call, and replies when you text back.
What we collect by text: your name, phone, email, state or ZIP code and booking details. Never health information or your Medicare number.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We send one message to confirm, then no more.
Reply HELP for help, call (407) 718-5060, or email labs@gethpm.com.
Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a call, help from an agent or buying anything.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not share or sell your mobile information or your text consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Agent lead alerts: licensed Health Plan Markets agents who text JOIN to (866) 344-1535 get a text for each lead assigned to them, with the same STOP and HELP terms.
Closed podcast guest texts: guests booked on Closed, the Health Plan Markets podcast for insurance agents, who text START to (855) 764-1206 get about 1 to 3 texts per episode about their own recording. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, call or text (844) 696-3975, or email labs@gethpm.com. Consent is not a condition of being a guest.
